Our reasonable third-party processing fee allows you to outsource your mortgage processing requirements with the option of passing the cost directly to the borrower. This will allow You to keep all your origination fees charged on the Closing Disclosure.
We charge a flat fee on every file, there are no hidden costs. Our standard for excellent processing will be delivered regardless of the loan type or closing date.
